Mangaluru airport recarpets 2.4km runway in 75 days
The Mangaluru International Airport (MIA), which commenced carpeting work of 2.45-km-long runway 06-24 on January 27, has completed the work ahead of its schedule on May 28. With this, from June 1, flight timings will be reverted to the old one and the airport will become operational round-the-clock.
