An inspector rank officer of Ambala STF said that four persons have been arrested in this case of the shooting identified as Vikas, Prashant, and Lovy, all three residents of Rankhandi village in Deoband area of UP and Vikas of Gonder village in Karnal district of Haryana. The officer said no arms were recovered from accused persons and so far, their association with any gang has not come to the fore.
