The Pind Di Rasoi festival promises a feast for the senses with an extensive menu featuring delights such as Dahi Kebab, Amritsari Fish Fry, Saag and Makki Di Roti, Mutton Boti Masala, and Gajrela. Growing up, Chef Nagpal honed her skills under the watchful eyes of her grandmother and through her adventures in the local markets of Amritsar. Her journey from making chapatis in the fifth grade to mastering the art of Punjabi cooking is a testament to her passion and commitment to the culinary arts.
The decor at this food festival will mirror the vibrant ethos of Punjabi culture, enhancing the immersive experience. Alongside the sumptuous spread, guests can enjoy traditional beverages like Patiala Lassi, Gulab Ka Sharbat, and Thandai.
