Mumbai`s speakeasy bar PCO in Lower Parel will be hosting Offtrack and Junior The Pocket Bar & Kitchen, two exceptional bars from Singapore in collaboration with Visit Singapore as they are set to captivate the city this weekend on May 2 and 4.
With this, the Mumbai bar that is ranked 16th in the esteemed 30 Best Bars of India, aims to curate special experiences for its diners by bringing forward the cocktail drinking culture of Singapore.
Recognised on the prestigious World’s 50 Best Discovery list in its inaugural year, Singapore`s music-centric bar Offtrack promises to infuse PCO with its unparalleled creativity experimenting with ingredients and flavours. Led by Aslam Zainal, general manager, and Joash Conceicao, head bartender, the duo will be seen behind the PCO bar on May 2nd, offering diners an unforgettable journey through its signature cocktails. They include the acclaimed New Muse, Melon Smash, Salted & Stormy, and Balm Negroni.
Continuing to celebrate the essence of Singaporean innovation, Junior The Pocket Bar & Kitchen further brings its unique charm and sophistication to PCO on May 4. With a commitment to personalised experiences and an exquisite selection of rare spirits, the Singapore bar promises an evening of indulgence and discovery. Diners and cocktail enthusiasts will have the opportunity to savour meticulously crafted cocktails such as Jade Harbour, Silk Route, Café Sonata and Cha Lou, curated by Hazel Long, bartender and operator, while indulging in culinary delights prepared by Shuaidik `Didi` Sidek, who is the head chef at the bar.
