Kyma launches new menu `Arabian Night` for diners to experience unique flavours

Kyma launches its Arabian Night Menu that will be available every Saturday from June 8. This exclusive menu promises a fusion of tantalising flavours, captivating entertainment, and an ambience that transports diners to the mystical realms of the Arabian Peninsula.

The experience will also have live entertainment featuring mesmerising performances every Saturday, weaving tales of Arabian allure and mystique. The menu is a symphony of flavours, meticulously curated to showcase the richness of Arabian cuisine

The menu includes artfully crafted mezze platter which has an assortment featuring spicy plum walnut, cilantro lime orange, tahini feta, and kumquat salsa, served with sesame grissini and barbari bread. The Mint, Parsley & Pistachio Crusted Grilled Lamb Chops has succulent lamb chops crusted with a medley of mint, parsley, and pistachio, served with cranberry and berries, labneh salad, and lavash. It also has herbed Greek chicken skewers which is simply juicy chicken skewers marinated in Greek herbs, served with herb yoghurt.

The weekly menu has Middle Eastern Laffa Bread Platter, which is a lavish spread featuring spicy paneer aioli, Greek labneh chicken, Tunisian egg salad, salmon mint, chives mayo, and plum walnut chicken atop freshly baked laffa bread.

The menu is accompanied with an Elixirs Menu with handcrafted cocktails inspired by Arabian flavours.

The Arabic Cosmopolitan is a sophisticated blend of smoky Mezcal, tangy Grapefruit, Maraschino Liqueur, Arabic Tea, and aromatic Rose Syrup, garnished with a Cherry & Orange swirl; Sheherazade`s Secret is a luxurious Date-infused Tequila, Cointreau, Elderflower & Lime juice, topped with Rose Sparkling Wine, garnished with Blood Orange wheel; Swinging Sultan is a vibrant Gin, Cointreau, Pomegranate & Raspberry Arabic Tea syrup, fresh Orange Juice, Honey water & Lime concoction, served with Raspberries & Raspberry dust.
