Out-of-job man nabbed for hoax mail to Bengaluru colleges
A 48-year-old unemployed man from Darjeeling was arrested for sending hoax bomb threats to educational institutions in Bengaluru. The suspect, Deepanjan Mitra, confessed to sending similar emails to institutions across Bengaluru, Mangaluru, and West Bengal. Police are investigating further and will retrieve deleted email history.
