Heavy rain lashed Bengaluru again causing severe waterlogging and traffic jams on major roads. Many roads were packed with private vehicles as people headed out for the Deepavali weekend. Traffic police released an advisory warning about significant congestion and urged citizens to plan ahead, take alternative routes, use public transport, and be patient during peak hours.
