The Justice (retd) P C Ghose Commission, examining issues in the Kaleshwaram project, may call former CM K Chandrasekhar Rao for questioning. The probe, extended by two months, is set to finish by Dec 31. Engineers and officials claim project decisions were made by top leadership, including KCR. The commission has collected extensive documents and reports for its investigation.
