A 25-year-old woman from Udupi, India, fell victim to an online job scam that promised high profits for completing tasks on ‘Amazon Freshers Job in India.’ Lured by the offer, Archana transferred a total of Rs 1.94 lakh to various UPI IDs but received neither the promised returns nor a refund of her investment.
