CPI(M) urges housing for poor and harmony at Dakshina Kannada conference in Karnataka
The Communist Party of India (Marxist) held its 24th Dakshina Kannada district conference in Mangaluru, passing resolutions urging housing for the poor and measures to curb communal violence. The conference highlighted the lack of housing schemes and the rise of communal activities in the district. It also called for the establishment of industries to create jobs and prioritize local employment.
