Indian company set to launch maritime surveillance satellite; 2 others to test green propulsion tech
Indian spacetech startup PierSight is launching its first maritime surveillance satellite, Varuna, this week. The satellite, part of a planned 32-satellite constellation, uses SAR technology for all-weather monitoring. Varuna launches on PSLV-C60 alongside nine other payloads from various organizations, facilitated by IN-SPACe.
