Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) will now recognize company training programs after students secure job placements as fulfilling the internship requirement. This change aligns with VTU’s 15-week mandatory internship policy for the 2021 batch. Students without internships can take skill-enhancement courses. About half the final-year students have completed internships, and the rest will do so in the upcoming semester.
