2 Mangaluru traffic police officers arrested for bribery

Lokayukta police apprehended Inspector Mohammed Shareef and Constable Praveen Naik of Mangaluru North Traffic division for accepting a Rs 3,000 bribe to release a vehicle already cleared for release by the court. An investigation has been initiated, and appropriate action will be taken against involved officers and staff.
