In a joint operation, the BSF and Fazilka Special Cell Police arrested Joginder Singh and recovered a Pakistani drone used for smuggling heroin and weapons. In a separate raid, Ferozepur police arrested three smugglers—Balwinder Singh, Charanjit Singh, and Akashveer—seizing 1.647 kg of heroin. Both cases are linked to cross-border smuggling networks, and further investigations are underway to track additional consignments and accomplices.
