Union minister HD Kumaraswamy has been allowed by the Supreme Court to approach the Karnataka High Court regarding contempt proceedings over alleged land encroachment in Ramanagara taluk. Kumaraswamy faces possible eviction from his properties. The contempt petition follows a series of orders since December 2020, with a hearing scheduled for April 3.
