A 26-year-old woman, diagnosed with premature ovarian insufficiency, delivered a healthy baby girl. She had been struggling with infertility for two years. Doctors at Nova IVF Fertility in Mangaluru used a single healthy egg retrieved before ovulation. The egg was fertilized via ICSI and transferred to her uterus. The pregnancy test was positive on the first attempt.
