Manchester City and Portugal defender Ruben Dias has reportedly broken up with girlfriend Maya Jama, a British TV presenter and entrepreneur, famous for being the host of reality TV show Love Island.
According to British tabloid, The Sun, Dias and Jama both deleted pictures of each other from their social media accounts. The split comes less than six months after they had bought a £4 million (approximately Rs 51.4 crore) mansion in Cheshire. Dias, 29, began dating Jama, 31, in December 2024 — a month after they met at the MTV Europe Music Awards in Manchester.
The Portuguese centre-back won the EFL Cup and the FA Cup with the Sky Blues this season, but fell short in the English Premier League, losing the title to Arsenal earlier this week. Dias’s focus will now turn to the upcoming FIFA World Cup in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, which will begin on June 11.
