TSIC gets 3 months to clear 404 RTI appeals
The High Court ordered the Telangana State Information Commission to issue a fresh notice. RTI activist Vaddam Shyam’s 404 pending appeals must be disposed of within three months. The commission failed to implement previous court directions regarding these matters. An information commissioner’s extended leave had delayed the proceedings. The commission assured the court that all pending cases would be heard promptly.
