Farmer accused in Hyderabad killings denied stalking teen at exam centre in anticipatory bail plea
A farmer, charged with stalking a minor, requested anticipatory bail in a Pocso case, arguing he wasn’t at the examination center during the alleged incident. His lawyer highlighted that he was caring for his sick wife in the hospital at that time. However, the police’s inability to corroborate his claim due to lack of evidence complicated matters. The court ultimately approved his anticipatory bail, mandating his cooperation in the investigation.
