A Zero FIR has been registered against Noida resident Ruchika Singh for alleged abusive language. The complaint was lodged by a Ghaziabad resident after a protest video surfaced online. Police registered the case under sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita for public mischief. As the incident occurred in Delhi, the FIR will be transferred to Delhi Police. Ruchika Singh works at a salon and resides in Sector 168, Noida.
