After hotel raids, FDA turns heat on Bengaluru food supply centres
Food safety officials inspected Bengaluru storage centers supplying hotels and caterers. They found and destroyed nearly seventy kilograms of expired soy sauce and other sauces. Ten liters of beverages nearing expiry were also seized and destroyed by the authorities. Several food samples were collected for laboratory analysis to ensure quality and safety. Legal action will follow for any violations of food safety standards.
