New 2Nm Silicon Tensor G6 Processor and 16GB RAM Google’s new smartphone series will feature the company’s own custom 2nm silicon Tensor G6 processor. In India, these phones could come with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. For security, these phones will also be equipped with a Titan Security co-processor.
