Sovereign King for Pune City Gold Cup

[[{“value”:”

Four-year-old Sovereign King, trained by Adhirajsingh and to be ridden by Antony Raj S, will be strongly fancied to win the Pune City Gold Cup, the feature event of Saturday’s eight-race card.

However, both his victories over Kavya and Chagall, who are also in the fray and would be looking to turn the tables, were extremely narrow verdicts, so it remains to be seen if he can really complete a hat-trick.

The race could be heading for a thrilling finish, but the right thing to do would be to root for the horse who is bidding for a hat-trick. First race at 1.30 pm.
