North and central India will experience widespread rainfall along with thunderstorms and lightning starting from September 25. Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand are expected to receive heavy to extremely heavy rainfall, especially on September 26. Conditions will also affect several states in central India, including Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, during the same period. The northeast region, particularly Assam and Meghalaya, is forecasted for rainfall and thunderstorm activity later this week.
