Ghaziabad police have apprehended a 26-year-old laborer, Rupesh Mahto, for the alleged murder of his neighbor, Mahesh Mahto. The incident occurred on November 22nd following a verbal altercation. Rupesh, who was on his way to collect a debt, allegedly stabbed Mahesh with a knife after being confronted for using abusive language. Mahesh succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
