A 60-year-old man named Harish was fatally hit by a speeding, unidentified vehicle while walking towards his home near Anekere Mosque in Kasaba village. The incident occurred in the evening, and the driver fled the scene. Harish was taken to Karkala Govt Hospital, where he was declared dead. Police have registered a case.
