Karnataka high court grants anticipatory bail to former CM BS Yediyurappa in POCSO case, quashes trial court’s order

The Karnataka high court granted relief to former chief minister BS Yediyurappa by accepting his petition against a Pocso Act case. The case followed allegations made by the mother of a 17-year-old girl, who claimed that Yediyurappa sexually assaulted her daughter during a meeting at his residence in February last year.
