Musk’s AI bot ‘Grok’ can now speak in Hindi too:Grok Vision feature can identify objects through your iPhone camera, and even answer questions about it

Elon Musk’s AI project, xAI, is turning up the heat in the chatbot race. Its brainchild, Grok, just got a major upgrade, and it’s not just about chatting anymore.
Grok can now look at the world around you, understand it, and talk to you in different languages. Here’s what you need to know, in plain and simple terms. AI that sees what you see The biggest new feature is something called ‘Grok Vision’. Think of it like giving your chatbot a pair of eyes.
Now, if you point your iPhone camera at something, say a product label, a menu in another language, or a strange plant, Grok can tell you what it is and even answer questions about it. It’s like having a super smart friend in your pocket who never says, “I don’t know.” Meanwhile, this feature is only for iOS users for now. Android folks will have to wait. Talk to Grok in your language Grok isn’t just seeing — it’s also learning to speak in different tongues. The chatbot now supports real-time voice conversations in multiple languages, including Hindi.
So you can ask it questions by talking, and it’ll respond out loud in the same language. But there’s a catch: these voice features are only available to users of the SuperGrok plan, which costs $30 (Rs 2500 approx) per month, and are currently on Android. A creative canvas This update comes after a few other recent boosts. Grok can now remember past chats, so it won’t forget who you are or what you’ve talked about.
It also has a new canvas-like interface, where you can create documents and even build apps with help from the AI. Playing catch-up with ChatGPT and Gemini With all these upgrades, it’s clear Musk and his xAI team are working fast to make Grok a serious rival to ChatGPT and Google Gemini.
From vision to voice to memory, Grok is starting to look like the kind of AI assistant that can do things, not just talk about them.
