Chopper crash-lands near Kedarnath; 4th mishap in 30 days on Char Dham route

A helicopter crash-landed in Badasu, Rudraprayag district after taking off from Sirsi helipad. It was en route to Kedarnath with five pilgrims. The tail of the chopper broke during landing. No injuries were reported. This incident marks the fourth helicopter mishap on the Char Dham route within 30 days. DGCA has been notified and shuttle operations continue as scheduled.
