Hyderabad police informed the NHRC that they didn’t stop Allu Arjun and his crew from entering Sandhya theatre for the ‘Pushpa 2’ premiere, despite lacking permission, to prevent potential public disorder after a stampede that killed a woman. Police cited crowd control concerns and blamed Arjun for inciting the surge by appearing on his car’s sunroof.
