A constable was fatally stabbed by an automobile thief in Nizamabad district while being transported to the police station. The accused, Sheikh Riyad, attacked Constable E Pramod with a knife on the chest. Despite efforts by a passing lady SI, Pramod succumbed to his injuries before reaching the hospital.
