Apple is rapidly expanding its retail network in India. The company is going to open its 6th exclusive store in Borivali, Mumbai on February 26. This will be Apple’s second store in Mumbai, the financial capital of the country. Previously, the company opened its flagship stores in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) and Delhi’s Saket. This new store in Borivali has been designed keeping Mumbai’s customers in mind. Apple has made Mumbai its center for establishing its presence in India. Before Borivali, Apple currently has a store in BKC, Mumbai. The Borivali store will make Apple products and services more accessible to people in North Mumbai. The company’s goal is to reach areas where there is a higher premium consumer base. What will be special in Apple’s Borivali store? At the Borivali store, customers will be able to see and purchase all of Apple’s latest products such as iPhone 16 series, MacBook, iPad and Watch series. The store’s design has been kept according to Apple’s global standards. Here there will also be a ‘Genius Bar’ facility, where experts will solve customers’ technical problems on the spot. Additionally, customers can exchange their old phones for new iPhones through the trade-in program here. Strong presence of company in Pune-Delhi too Not just Mumbai, Apple has recently opened its first store in Pune as well. Besides this, the company has stores in the national capital Delhi at Saket and DLF Mall of India in Noida. According to the company, India is a strategic market for them and they are planning expansion in cities like Hyderabad in the coming time. The company plans to increase its stores in India to more than 10 by 2027. The Borivali store is part of this sequence.
