Bengaluru airport chaos: Air India Express flight with 180 passengers stuck for 18 hours; flyers protest
Passengers stranded at Bengaluru’s Kempegowda International Airport protested after an Air India Express flight to Kathmandu was repeatedly diverted due to bad weather, leaving them waiting for more than 18 hours. About 180 travellers, including a Karnataka tour group, faced inadequate arrangements during diversions to Varanasi and Lucknow. The airline has offered hotel stays and options to reschedule.
