A 38-year-old man, Rashid, was apprehended in Ghaziabad for allegedly murdering his wife and her friend over a suspected affair. Rashid reportedly confessed to the killings, claiming he found them in an objectionable position. He was shot in the leg by police during an attempt to recover the murder weapon from a forest.
