Tech company Oppo today (April 15) launched its new 5G smartphone series ‘Oppo F33’ in India. It features two models – Oppo F33 and Oppo F33 Pro. Their biggest features are durability and a powerful battery. They have an IP69K rating, which means the phone is not only safe from water and dust, but can also withstand hot water jets up to 85C. Additionally, it comes with a 50-megapixel selfie camera and a 7000mAh battery with 80W fast charging. The Oppo F33 has been introduced with three storage options and the Oppo F33 Pro with two storage options. The starting price of Oppo F33 is ₹31,999 and the starting price of Oppo F33 Pro is ₹37,999. Pre-booking for both phones has started. Design: 3D Visual Effect and Premium Unibody The Oppo F33 Pro features a Misty Forest theme, which for the first time uses Dynamic 3D Depth Technology. It gives an effect on the back panel as if there is depth, and its color changes when light falls on it. Build Quality: The phone is manufactured using the ‘One-Piece Cold Carving’ technique. In this, the back panel and camera module are made from the same material, giving the phone a premium ‘unibody’ look. The phone’s edges are curved and it is quite slim, which provides a good grip when held in hand. Buttons and Ports: The power button and volume rockers are located on the right side of the phone. At the bottom, there is a USB Type-C charging port and a speaker grille. Color Options: The Pro model is available in Misty Forest, Passion Red, and Starry Blue colors. While the standard model comes in Pearl White and Forest Green colors. Durability: Both phones have received IP66, IP68, and IP69K ratings. This means it can withstand hot water jets up to 85C. Additionally, it has MIL-STD-810H military-grade certification. Display: 120Hz AMOLED and Thin Bezels Both phones feature a 6.57-inch flat AMOLED display. Its peak brightness is 1400 nits, making the screen clearly visible even in bright sunlight. It comes with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, which adjusts itself according to the need. It features extremely thin 1.7mm bezels, which results in a screen-to-body ratio of 93.5%. For protection, it has AGC DT-STAR D+ glass.
