Karnataka high court orders Ola to pay Rs 5 lakh to woman who was sexually harassed by cab driver
ANI Technologies, OLA Cabs’ parent company, is to pay Rs five lakh to a woman over a 2019 sexual harassment incident involving one of their drivers. The Karnataka high court directed OLA’s Internal Complaints Committee to investigate under POSH Act guidelines, report within 90 days, and cover the woman’s litigation expenses of Rs 50,000.
