Portugal football great Cristiano Ronaldo’s former chef, Giorgio Barone, has spilled the beans on the eating habits that have helped maintain the superstar’s ripped physique for so many years.

“Ronaldo’s diet is balanced. He eats a little bit of everything but it’s always healthy. Starting with breakfast, he would have an avocado with coffee, eggs and no sugar. Absolutely no sugar,” Barone told American website Covers.com recently.

“Lunch could be chicken, fish and always vegetables. If he needs carbohydrates, he gets them through vegetables, so doesn’t need anything made with flour. In the evening, he eats light foods, usually fish or meat in the form of a fillet. It’s always accompanied by vegetables,” said Barone, adding that Ronaldo avoids milk. 

“Humans are the only animals, who drink the milk of other animals. No other animal drinks milk after three months. We breastfeed from our mothers, like dogs, wolves, cows and donkeys. It is normal but after infancy it’s not normal. It’s against nature,” concluded Barone.
