A Child Welfare Committee member in Ramanagara, Haniyur Chandregowda, faces arrest for allegedly blackmailing a woman with explicit photos and videos, forcing her into a sexual relationship. Police discovered similar compromising material of other women on his phone. He also reportedly defrauded her of lakhs and used her documents fraudulently.
