Bengaluru: Pothole repair to miss deadline; CM blames rains, says previous govt left massive debt, pending tenders
Bengaluru’s pothole-free deadline is likely to be missed due to incessant rains, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah admitted. He urged officials to at least ensure roads remain motorable by laying asphalt wherever possible. While around 10,000 potholes have been filled, the government blames the previous BJP regime for neglecting road maintenance, leaving a significant burden.
