Double-storey house collapses during jack-lifting in Punjab; 3 dead

Three laborers died in Barnala district, Punjab, when a double-storey house, being lifted with hydraulic jacks, collapsed early Sunday morning. The house, owned by Vishal Kumar, had been raised due to successive road carpeting.
