Ex-student leader, an RSS man with a vision for city: Meet Chandigarh’s new mayor

As a member of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), he unsuccessfully contested key positions in the Panjab University Campus Student Council (PUCSC) elections, including that of the president and general secretary.
