Former minister T Harish Rao has urged the Congress government to clarify its plans for the Rs 1.50 lakh crore Musi project and halt demolitions without a detailed project report. He alleged arbitrary functioning, questioning the project’s objectives and the demolition of thousands of homes, impacting nearly one lakh people.
