Glucose in space: Ax-4 crew to play key role in diabetes study

The Axiom- mission (Ax-4) astronauts, including India’s Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla, are participating in the Suite Ride experiment, a medical study exploring glucose behavior and insulin stability in microgravity. This research aims to validate technologies that could potentially allow insulin-dependent diabetics to safely undertake spaceflight in the future.
