A three-month pregnant woman, Sunitha, was brutally murdered in her Hyderabad home by her ex-husband, Devarakonda Mahesh. Unhappy with her remarriage, Mahesh, a software professional, allegedly attacked her with knives after a heated argument. He had previously faced a domestic violence complaint and a Look Out Circular. Police apprehended him after he threatened to set the apartment ablaze.
