Mumbai’s Monorail faced another disruption on Thursday when a train was halted at Acharya Atre Nagar station due to excess weight. Around 40-50 passengers were asked to deboard to reduce the load, following new safety protocols implemented after two breakdowns earlier in the week that stranded over 1,100 commuters.
