NCB arrests two for attempting to smuggle opium to United Kingdom in casserole from Ludhiana
The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) Chandigarh Zonal Unit apprehended two individuals, Amrit from Jalandhar and Bobby from Ludhiana, for allegedly attempting to smuggle half a kg of opium to the United Kingdom via a Ludhiana-based courier service. The opium was concealed within a casserole’s false bottom, discovered during an inspection on August 23.
