Two young men, aged 30-31, died from drug overdose in Kapurthala’s Raipur Arayian village within days of another family losing their fifth son to addiction. Both victims had previously undergone de-addiction treatment but relapsed. Police have booked four individuals for culpable homicide not amounting to murder in one of the deaths.
