The Telangana High Court has disposed of a petition challenging the Nirmal district administration’s alleged violation of court orders regarding ex officio members in municipalities. The court received assurances from the state that it would adhere to established procedures for the participation of MPs, MLAs, and MLCs in municipal elections.
