Karnataka Home Minister G. Parameshwara announced the cabinet will meet on April 17 to discuss the caste census report received from the Backward Classes Commission. The Chief Minister has asked the cabinet to study the report. Parameshwara also addressed the tragic murder of a 5-year-old girl in Hubbali, confirming an investigation has been ordered into the incident.
