Our experience
We tried using Perplexity on WhatsApp and found that it can answer various questions, although it sometimes takes a little longer to reply.
We even tested it by uploading an image, and it correctly identified and described the picture. Still, it’s early days – and pretty impressive for something running inside WhatsApp. More features coming soon Aravind Srinivas also mentioned that they’re working on adding new features soon, including voice conversations, memes and videos, fact-checking, personal assistant tools, and group chat support (this one’s in progress as the WhatsApp API doesn’t allow it yet).
